The role includes working 76 hours over a four-week cycle and offers the opportunity to build strong community partnerships while helping families thrive.

Qualifications

• Qualifications or experience in early childhood, education, community services, health, or a related field.
• Passion for supporting children and strengthening family capability and confidence.
• Experience facilitating groups and delivering learning or community programs.
• Ability to connect and work effectively with diverse families and communities.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Sound administrative and computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
• A strong commitment to child safety, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
• National Police Check and Working With Children Check
