Job summary

Qualifications

• ACECQA approved Certificate III level qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Valid Working with Children Check and First Aid/CPR; Protecting Children - Mandatory Reporting completed.
• Police check required; international police check if resided outside Australia 12+ months in last 10 years.
• Food Safety Supervisor Certificate required; Safe Sleep Training desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support the team to deliver high-quality early childhood education guided by evidence-informed pedagogy.
• Assist planning and implementation of educational programs aligned with NQS and learning frameworks.
• Monitor children's progress and support social, emotional and cognitive development.
• Build respectful relationships with families, children and colleagues to create a safe environment.
