Job summary

BaptistCare NSW/ACT - Aged Care – Liverpool NSW is seeking compassionate care workers to support older Australians in their own homes. The role involves visiting multiple client locations across Liverpool, Fairfield, Bankstown and surrounds, assisting with daily living tasks and providing respectful, person‑centred care.

This permanent part-time position requires availability Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm, with Friday availability essential.

Qualifications

• Australian Driver Licence required and a reliable vehicle to transport clients.
• Strong communication skills, resilience and patience.
• Proficient with smartphone apps and email.

Responsibilities

• Travel between multiple client locations across Liverpool, Fairfield, Bankstown and surrounds.
• Assist with daily tasks such as household cleaning, showering, dressing, food preparation and transport.
• Provide medication assistance and support client independence at home.
• Build genuine connections to help clients live their best possible lives.
