You will manage your own diary, visit clients at home, and contribute to person-centered care with flexibility to increase hours as caseload grows.

Qualifications

• Registered with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse (Division 1).
• Confident working independently in the community.
• Current driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Excellent communication with clients, families and health professionals.

Responsibilities

• Provide wound care and pressure injury management.
• Catheter insertion and management (IDC/SPC).
• PEG feeding and enteral nutrition support.
• Medication administration and safe handling.
• Continence assessments and product recommendations.
• Clinical reviews, care planning and documentation.
• Build ongoing relationships with clients and their families.
