You will coordinate deliveries, prepare manifests, and help with DIFOT reporting for key customers like Aldi, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Demonstrated experience in a similarrole(s) within the transport industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage the clerical and computerised operations as necessary.
• Process and coordinate deliveries into major DC’s co-operatively with transport allocators and in the timeframe dictated by customers or DC’s.
• Complete manifests for each DC
• Complete DIFOT reports for Aldi
• Assist as back up for overflow calls
• Maintain and improve current quality standards and make improvements to processes.
• Strictly adhere to the requirements of the quality system implementing corrective and preventative actions.
• Any other duties that are requested from time to time.
