Job summary

Gold Coast Health is seeking an Innovation Lead (Health Information) to lead the design of health information solutions that improve efficiency, reduce costs and support activity-based funding initiatives.

You will analyse complex health data, develop metrics and reporting to track benefits, and act as a specialist consultant in health information and data management within our Strategy, Transformation and Major Capital division.

Qualifications

• Dashboard and app design experience; automation tools and data analysis techniques.
• Experience with clinical and patient administration systems such as HBCIS and the integrated Medical Record.
• Disclosure of serious disciplinary history.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and design of health information solutions that improve efficiencies, reduce costs and support activity-based funding initiatives
• Provide high quality analysis of complex health care data to support optimisation and automation opportunities
• Develop and implement metrics and reporting mechanisms to track benefits and cost savings of each initiative
• Maintain expertise, provide specialist advice and act as a consultant in the area of health information and data management
