Just Better Care WA is seeking dedicated Support Workers to join our caring team and provide high-quality in-home aged care and disability support across Western Australia. You will assist clients with personal care, social activities, transport, light housekeeping, and meal preparation, while ensuring safety and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance / Criminal Record Check
• Current First Aid certificate/CPR
• Current Australian Driver's License
• Reliable, registered and insured vehicle
• Smartphone with internet access
• Working with Children Check (preferred)
• Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Home & Community Care, Individual Support or Disability Services (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Personal care: showering, dressing, grooming and medication assistance
• Social support/transportation for social activities, shopping/groceries, medical appointments
• Domestic assistance: light household cleaning, laundry and meal preparation
• Assisting customers in the use of aids and personal equipment
• Supporting customers with complex and/or challenging needs
• Monitoring well-being and reporting progress
• Provide updates on customer progress after each service
