Just Better Care Bribie Island is seeking a caring Community Support Professional to provide in-home aged care and disability support across the Bribie area. You will assist with personal care, meals, light domestic tasks, and social support, helping participants live independently at home.

You will work flexible hours to suit your lifestyle, using a mobile app to access rosters and record progress notes. A Certificate III/IV in Individual Support, NDIS screening, First Aid/CPR, and a valid

• Certificate III/IV in Individual Support required.
• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
• Current First Aid and CPR.
• Valid Australian Driver's License with reliable, insured vehicle.
• Smartphone with internet access.

Responsabilités

• Provide personal care and assistance with meals.
• Domestic tasks: light cleaning, laundry, meal prep.
• Medication assistance (desired).
• Social support and transportation to maintain community connection.
• Monitor customer wellbeing and report progress each shift.
• Support customers with complex or challenging needs.
