Blacktown City Council is seeking a Business Planning and Service Analyst to coordinate the business planning process and collaborate with managers to develop service plans, identify priorities, and allocate the necessary resources.

You will analyse data, prepare performance reports, maintain planning systems, and turn complex information into practical insights that support service delivery and long-term organisational improvement.

Competenze

• Experience in planning, reporting and performance measurement.
• Ability to translate complex information into practical insights that support service delivery.
• Strong data analysis and data integrity skills.
