Job summary

SOLIDBASE PROJECTS PTY LTD – Strathfield NSW is hiring a Construction Project Manager for full-time, permanent work. The role focuses on planning, directing and coordinating residential, commercial and civil projects in Sydney.

You will manage schedules, budgets and resources, liaise with architects, engineers and subcontractors, and ensure compliance. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of relevant experience, a degree in construction management or related field, and strong leadership and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Construction Project Management or related field.
2–3 years of relevant experience in residential, commercial, industrial or civil construction.
Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, plans and contracts.
Experience coordinating architects, engineers, consultants, subcontractors and authorities.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, standards, safety and procurement.

Responsibilities

Plan, organise, direct, control and coordinate construction projects from start to finish.
Develop project plans, schedules, budgets and resource requirements.
Interpret drawings, specifications and contractual requirements.
Coordinate procurement, subcontractors and site staff.
Monitor progress, quality, safety, risk and budget compliance.
Prepare progress reports and tender documentation.
