Job summary

Conexson is seeking a Disability Support Worker in the Logan Region to provide in-home and SIL care across the Logan and Brisbane Region. Casual, flexible shifts in the NDIS and Aged Care sector offer variety and the opportunity to support multiple clients with dignity and respect.

Key duties include personal care, community access, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and documenting progress. 1 year of Disability Support or Aged Care is preferred; a Certificate III in Disability/Individual

Qualifications

1 year experience in Disability Support or Aged Care preferred.
Certificate III or equivalent in Disability/Individual Support.
NDIS Worker Screening Check & Police Check required.
First Aid & CPR certificates required.
Driver's license + reliable car + Comprehensive Insurance
Full Australian Working Rights.

Responsibilities

Provide personal care and daily living assistance in SIL and in-home settings.
Assist with community access, transport, and social participation.
Support clients with meal preparation, light household duties, and domestic assistance.
Promote independence, dignity, health, and wellbeing.
Maintain accurate documentation and report client progress
