Job summary

Raytheon Australia is seeking a Program Manager (GMO) for the JGSTE Program based in Cannon Hill, Brisbane. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, manage stakeholder engagement from Defence and subcontractors, and deliver on project goals within the Contract Performance Framework.

This role offers exposure to high-profile defence programs, opportunities to grow into a senior leadership position, and a pathway to NV1 security clearance.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Project Management or equivalent experience.
• Understanding of the defence environment (highly desirable) with a minimum of 5 years in Project Management and/or engineering on Defence sustainment support projects.
• Experience in solution and proposal development including the financial and commercial aspects of a proposal.
• Demonstrated skills in financial cost control utilising earned value principles.
• Proven high standard of written and verbal communication skills.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain a NV1 Security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Leadership and management of all assigned programs/projects.
• Liaison with a wide array of stakeholders from ADF to subcontractors.
• Responsibility for ensuring project goals are achieved and customer expectations met or exceeded.
• Maintaining and improving customer satisfaction.
• Leadership and management of a team within the program.
• Coordinate project deliverables as per requirements.
• Satisfaction of KPIs within the Contract Performance Framework.
