Job summary

Australian Financial Planning Group is seeking a proactive Client Services Officer to join our Newcastle team. You will support the implementation of financial advice, coordinate documentation and client communications, and work closely with Financial Planners to deliver a seamless client experience.

Based in our Newcastle office, you will handle insurance, super and investment applications, while maintaining accurate records and assisting with compliance tasks.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience implementing financial advice across super, insurance and investments.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
• Excellent customer service skills and client-focused mindset.
• Collaborative and adaptable approach to team success.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing advice and ensuring recommendations are executed accurately.
• Prepare client documentation and statements.
• Implement financial advice across super, insurance, investments, and SMSFs.
• Manage investment portfolio applications and ongoing administration.
• Liaise with internal teams, clients and third-party providers for seamless service delivery.
• Maintain up-to-date client records and support compliance tasks.
