Job summary

Resmed is seeking a Sales Assistant / Sleep Coach (Casual) at the Annerley clinic in Brisbane. You will be the face of Resmed, delivering outstanding customer experiences while guiding customers on their sleep health journey and contributing to clinic performance.

This role suits someone who enjoys people, listens carefully, educates customers, and helps them find solutions. Full training provided; casual flexible roster on Tue/Wed/Thu/Sat with opportunity for leave coverage.

Qualifications

• Retail, customer-facing sales experience
• Strong listening and communication skills
• Confidence building relationships and identifying customer needs
• Sales-focused mindset with goal achievement
• Positive, collaborative teamwork
• Organised with attention to detail
• Confident using POS systems

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences in-store and over the phone
• Welcome customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions
• Support customers throughout their therapy journey with education and ongoing coaching
• Achieve individual and clinic sales targets through genuine customer engagement
• Follow up with customers to build relationships and support successful therapy outcomes
• Fit customers with masks and equipment following training
• Maintain high standards of store presentation, merchandising, and cleanliness
• Manage stock levels and assist with inventory control
• Complete product training and stay up to date on Resmed's solutions
• Process sales transactions, payments, and administrative tasks accurately
• Maintain and manage trial equipment used by customers
• Contribute to clinic growth through proactive team-focused approach
