Respect Group Limited is seeking a Casual Registered Nurse for Baw Baw Views in Victoria. The role offers flexible hours within a supportive team focused on high‑quality, person‑centred care for residents.

You will work with the Care Manager and team to deliver safe clinical nursing, with emphasis on assessments, care planning, documentation and medications administration in line with AHPRA requirements.

Qualifications

• Current registration with AHPRA is required.
• Strong clinical and documentation skills are essential.
• Knowledge of aged care standards and accreditation processes is important.
• Current National Police Check or ability to obtain one is required.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Genuine commitment to supporting older people to live a life well‑lived.

Responsabilités

• Complete comprehensive resident assessments and participate in admissions.
• Develop, implement and review resident care plans.
• Maintain accurate and high‑quality clinical documentation.
• Provide direct clinical care and assist residents with care needs.
• Administer medications safely per policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with residents, families, GPs and the care team.
• Support delivery of person‑centred care across the home.
• Provide clinical guidance to the broader care team.
• Respond to changes in residents' health and care needs.
