Qualifications

• Current registration with AHPRA
• Strong clinical and documentation skills
• Knowledge of aged care standards and requirements
• Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams

• Complete comprehensive resident assessments and participate in admissions
• Develop and review resident care plans
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Provide direct clinical care and support residents' needs
• Administer medications safely according to policies
