Sacred Heart Primary School is seeking dedicated Learning Support Officers to join our inclusive school community in a casual capacity. Flexible hours will fit around personal availability and school needs, with potential progression to a more permanent role.

LSOs support students with learning, wellbeing and belonging, working with teachers and the Learning Diversity Team to ensure continuity of care across classrooms and year levels.

Qualifications

• Commitment to Catholic ethos and school values.
• Ability to support diverse learning, wellbeing and personal care needs.
• Ability to follow ILPs, BSPs and classroom adjustments.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Support students' learning and wellbeing in a casual capacity.
• Supervise students during learning, breaks and activities.
• Work flexibly across classrooms and year levels.
• Follow student support plans and classroom directions.
• Collaborate with staff and maintain professional conduct.
