Lithgow City Council invites applications for Casual Learn to Swim Instructors in Lithgow, NSW. You will plan and deliver safe, engaging swimming lessons following AUSTSWIM guidelines, working with small groups and individuals, and maintaining a positive, customer-focused approach.

Successful candidates will hold current Austswim, CPR, and Senior First Aid certificates, plus a Working with Children Check. A flexible, casual schedule and opportunities for development are available.

Qualifications

• Austswim qualification required or equivalent.
• CPR and Senior First Aid certificates required.
• Working with Children Check for over 18.
• Desire to work with community and deliver quality learn-to-swim programs.

Responsabilités

• Plan and deliver high-quality learn-to-swim lessons.
• Maintain safety and supervise participants.
• Organise swim school equipment and set up/pack up as needed.
• Record learner progress and communicate with participants.
