Job summary

National Networks Plus in Frenchs Forest NSW is seeking an experienced Proficient or Advanced Behaviour Support Practitioner for a contract role. The role offers genuine flexibility and a supportive culture to help you balance life and meaningful work.

You will conduct assessments, deliver Positive Behaviour Support, and collaborate with NDIs, families and multidisciplinary teams to achieve outcomes. We welcome applicants with current Australian work rights; visa sponsorship may be considered

Qualifications

• Proficient or Advanced Behaviour Support Practitioner recognised by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.
• Experience delivering high-quality Positive Behaviour Support services.
• Current driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Current and unrestricted working rights in Australia.
• National Networks Plus welcomes applicants living in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behaviour assessments and develop Behaviour Support Plans.
• Deliver evidence-based Positive Behaviour Support services.
• Support NDIS participants, families and carers to achieve meaningful outcomes.
• Work collaboratively with stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams.
• Provide practical strategies that enhance quality of life and reduce restrictive practices.
• Contribute to positive, person-centred outcomes for people living with disability.
