Job summary

National Networks Plus is seeking a Registered Behaviour Support Practitioner for a contract role based in NSW. The role offers flexible arrangements, remote work possibilities and the chance to impact participants living with disability.

You will assess behaviour, develop plans and deliver Positive Behaviour Support services in collaboration with families, carers and multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Must be recognised as a Proficient or Advanced Behaviour Support Practitioner by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.
• Experience delivering high-quality Positive Behaviour Support services.
• Passionate about empowering people with disability to achieve goals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behaviour assessments and develop Behaviour Support Plans.
• Deliver evidence-based Positive Behaviour Support services.
• Support NDIS participants, families and carers to achieve meaningful outcomes.
• Work collaboratively with stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams.
• Provide practical strategies that enhance quality of life and reduce restrictive practices.
• Contribute to positive, person-centred outcomes for people living with disability.

• Is recognised as a Proficient or Advanced Behaviour Support Practitioner by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission
• Has experience delivering high-quality Positive Behaviour Support services
• Is passionate about empowering people with disability to achieve their goals
• Has excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Enjoys working independently while remaining connected to a supportive team
• Holds a current driver's licence and has access to a reliable vehicle
• Has current and unrestricted working rights in Australia
