HealthcareLink Trust is seeking a experienced Behavioural Support Practitioner for an NDIS clinic in Sydney, NSW. Flexible hours and a permanent full-time role offer an opportunity to contribute to a multidisciplinary team and deliver high-quality behaviour support services.

You will conduct functional behavioural assessments, develop individualized behaviour support plans, and engage with clients, families and carers with clear, compassionate communication.

Location: Sydney, NSW About the role Our client is seeking passionate and driven experienced Proficient Behaviour Support Practitioners to join a multidisciplinary team.

Ideally, you will have knowledge andconfidence with the following: Conducting functional behavioural assessments and developing quality comprehensive behaviour support plans Develop strong professional relationships with clients through confident and clear communication

Experience as a behavioral support practitioner. Patience and ability to keep calm in stressful situations. Minimum of PROFICIENT level NDIS registration.

A passion for helping children and adults with behavioural difficulties.
