Job summary

National Networks Plus is seeking a Behaviour Support Practitioner (Proficient or Advanced) to deliver Positive Behaviour Support to NDIS participants. The role offers flexible hours to fit family commitments, with options to work from home or in community settings.

You will conduct assessments, develop Behaviour Support Plans, and collaborate with support teams to achieve meaningful outcomes for people living with disability. A driver’s licence and reliable car are preferred.

• Be recognised as Proficient or Advanced by the NDIS Commission.
• Strong clinical skills and experience within Positive Behaviour Support.
• Able to work independently while staying connected to the team.
• Driver's licence and a reliable car.
