The National Autistic Society is seeking Bank Support Workers at Mansfield House in Croydon. You will assist with personal care, encourage activities, and support daily routines, following individual support plans.
The role offers flexible shifts including evenings and weekends and requires a caring, reliable attitude. Experience with autistic people is helpful but not essential; driving licence is preferred.

- Encourage activities they enjoy (swimming, hiking, arts & crafts).
- Support life skills and independence (budgeting, shopping, meal preparation).
- Inspire others with a positive attitude towards supporting vulnerable people.
- Experience with autistic people is helpful but not essential.
- Personal experience or a passion for helping others is welcome.
