Job summary

Uniting NSW.ACT is seeking a Home Care Worker to support elderly clients in their own homes across Nowra, Kiama and surrounding suburbs. This permanent part-time role focuses on enabling independence and improving quality of life for clients in the community.

You will assist with daily tasks, transport clients to activities, and provide personal care. Must have Aged Care or similar qualification and a current Australian licence; flexible hours are available.

Qualifications

• Empathetic, resourceful and able to adapt to clients' needs.
• Reliable and flexible with work hours.
• Provisional or full Australian driving licence and a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Help at home with housekeeping, groceries and meal preparation.
• Transport clients to appointments, shopping, and social activities.
• Provide personal care support, including hygiene, dressing, meal assistance and medication administration.
