Job summary

Seymour Health in Seymour is seeking an administration assistant for a fixed-term Parental Leave cover across Pre Admission, ACC and Community Services. Starting late September 2026, this role offers flexibility with days and shift times on request and a chance to support multiple departments in a rural health service.

You will bring reception, administration and customer service experience, strong computer skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritise workloads.

Qualifications

• Experience in Reception, Administration or Accounts is ideal but not essential.
• Demonstrated skills and experience in Administration in a similar role is ideal but not essential.
• Customer Service skills and strong interpersonal/communication abilities are important.
• High level of computer skills; knowledge of HMS & Harrison, Vital, Oracle, IPM and Microsoft applications an advantage.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise workload.
