Job summary

Truly Scrumptious in Mentone is seeking a Casual All-Rounder for our fast-paced cafe, 3 days a week (flexible). You will work alongside the Head Chef with sandwiches, grill and pans, ensuring smooth station operations and a high standard of service.

You should have at least 2 years experience in a similar role, a strong work ethic, and a readiness to help with stock checks, inventory, and kitchen cleanliness including dishwashing.

Permanent full timer (Casual rates) All-Rounder for our fast-paced, busy café in Mentone for 3 days a week (flexible).

Key responsibilities

Strong hands-on cooking skills working alongside the Head Chef (sandwiches, grill, pans, etc.)

Deep understanding of our menu and ensuring the station runs smoothly

Maintaining quality control of fresh produce and ingredients

Assisting with stock checks and inventory

Ensuring constant upkeep of kitchen cleanliness, including operating the dishwasher

About you
