You will coordinate freight, oversee regional planning, and ensure compliance with NHVR regulations, fatigue laws, and safety standards. Responsabilidades

• Coordinate freight and logistics to keep deliveries on time.
• Oversee regional network planning and ensure smooth changeovers.
• Ensure compliance with NHVR regulations, fatigue laws, and safety standards.
• Coordinate incident response with drivers and depots during disruptions.
• Identify opportunities for continuous network improvement and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate compliance records and generate reports.
• Conduct regular driver welfare check-ins and support wellbeing.
• Enforce company policies and operating standards across the team.
