Job summary

PrixCar Services Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Fleet Mechanic to join our fleet operations. The role offers a fantastic variety of work requirements and vehicles across our network of depots.

You will perform pre-delivery inspections, vehicle fit-outs, and quality checks while ensuring records are completed accurately and submitted on time. A manual driver’s license, diagnostic experience, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Manual Driver’s licence.
• General automotive diagnostic and automotive accessory fitment experience.
• Experience in servicing all makes and models.
• A good eye for detail and problem-solving skills highly sought after.
• Diagnostic problem solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Delivery tasks/ inspections in accordance with set instructions/ standards.
• Fit out (Customisation) of Vehicles as per plan and/or instructed.
• Safe manoeuvring of vehicles in and around the compound and workshop.
• Perform required quality checks and be accountable for the workmanship of performed work.
• Ensure that required records are completed accurately and submitted on time.

We are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Fleet Mechanic to join us within our Fleet operations, fantastic variety in work requirements and vehicles.

What you will do:

What you will bring:

• Manual Drivers licence

Nice to have:

• Mechanical Trade (or part thereof) qualified preferred but not necessary
• Team Leader experience an advantage
• Dealership servicing experience ideal but not necessary
• Previous experience in Automotive Trade and Quality Systems
