Job summary

PrixCar Services Pty Ltd is an Australian automotive logistics provider with depots nationwide. We seek a detail-oriented team member for an evening shift to support wharf movement, vehicle processing, and general administrative duties.

You will work closely with transport planners and drivers, performing safety-conscious vehicle handling, inspections, and basic Excel tasks. Training is provided and there are long-term career opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• Automotive mechanical/electrical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Support timely completion of wharf movement.
• Assist with general administrative duties associated with vehicle processing, including maintaining records and updating systems.
• Provide support to transport planners and assist drivers with queries or operational needs.
• Inspect incoming vehicles for damage and report as required.
• Wash vehicles and perform entry-level detailing.
• Retrieve designated vehicles from yard and drive to load bays.

PrixCar Services is an automotive logistics company specialising inVehicle Transport,Vehicle Processing and Storage,Fleet ConversionsandDealer Vehicle Storage.

Over the last 30 years we have grown to offer a wide range of specialised services, with more than 25 depots across Australia, we are ideally positioned to provide exceptional vehicle transport services to both individuals and OEM customers.

RESPONSIBILITES:

• Support timely completion of wharf movement.
• Undertake other duties as reasonably directed by management.
• Demonstrates a strong work ethic and a proactive approach to task.
• Assist with general administrative duties associated with vehicle processing, including maintaining records, updating systems and completing required paperwork
• Basic knowledge of Excel and general computer systems.
• Ability to replace or adjust loads.
• Provide support to the transport planners.
• Assist drivers with queries or operational support when required.
• Safe maneuvering of vehicles in and around the compound and workshop
• Inspect incoming vehicles for damage and report as required
• Survey Vehicles and complete company required documentation and compliance
• Following the daily despatchschedule to ensure on time customer order fulfilment
• Retrieving designated vehicles from yard area and driving them to the required load bays
• Wash vehicles and carry out entry level car detailing
