Job summary

FOOTT is a regional Victorian waste and resource recovery provider seeking a Fleet Manager to lead our B2B fleet operations. You will build and coach a team of drivers and a Fleet Scheduler, ensuring safe, efficient service delivery and continuous improvement across logistics.

Reporting to the Head of Logistics, you’ll drive scheduling, resource allocation, safety performance and operational outcomes while collaborating with drivers, customers and internal stakeholders to improve productivity

Qualifications

• Experience leading frontline or operational teams.
• Transport, logistics, fleet or service industry experience.
• Strong planning and problem-solving skills.
• Confidence using computer systems, reporting tools and operational software.
• Commitment to safety, customer service and continuous improvement.
• Ability to stay calm and decisive when priorities change.

We're looking for an experienced Fleet Manager to lead our B2B fleet operations. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you'll be responsible for building a high-performing team, ensuring safe and efficient service delivery, and driving continuous improvement across our logistics operations.

About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Logistics & Business Integration, you'll lead a team of drivers and a Fleet Scheduler while maintaining overall accountability for fleet scheduling, resource allocation, service delivery, safety performance and operational outcomes.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading people, solving problems and making decisions in a fast-paced operational environment.
