APS BATTH PTY LTD T/A TOW FAST BRISBANE is seeking a permanent full-time Fleet Manager based in Thornlands, Queensland. The role requires overseeing vehicle procurement and maintenance, coordinating client needs and transportation schedules, and ensuring safe, compliant operations.

You will manage bookings, deliveries, and reporting, while upholding OH&S standards. A minimum of one year in fleet management or a related field is preferred, with a competitive salary of AU$81,000–AU$83,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in fleet management or a related field.
• Commitment to safety protocols and OH&S standards.
• Ability to coordinate vehicle procurement, scheduling, and client needs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee procurement and upkeep of transport vehicles, equipment and fuel, ensuring operations remain cost-effective.
• Liaise with clients to assess needs, advise on vehicle types, and terms; address concerns.
• Handle orders and bookings, then develop and execute transportation schedules.
• Ensure goods are stored and transported under suitable conditions to preserve quality.
• Coordinate pick-ups and deliveries of vehicles and goods, monitor records, and prepare reports.
• Manage arrivals, departures and loading/unloading processes of trains.
• Enforce compliance with occupational safety standards throughout all tasks.
