Job summary

TRG Transport Solutions in Adelaide is seeking a proactive Fleet & Equipment Officer to own the maintenance program and ensure trucks, trailers and equipment run at peak performance. You will work closely with the Operations Manager to keep our fleet compliant and reliable.

In this role you will drive a safe workplace, manage scheduled maintenance, coordinate repairs and maintain NHVR accreditation, vehicle lists and documentation.

Qualifications

• Strong planning, organisation and time‑management skills.
• Confident communicator who can juggle priorities.
• MS Office capability and sharp attention to detail.
• A practical, solutions‑focused mindset.
• Cert III in Logistics Administration (or equivalent) is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Drive a safe workplace that adheres to all WHS policies and procedures
• Manage the maintenance scheduled for TRG fleet and equipment
• Prepare and manage maintenance schedule in accordance with accreditation and business requirements
• Coordinating repairs and fault requests
• Maintenance plan delivered in accordance with NHVR accreditation
• Periodic checks, audits, documentation and permits
• Managing vehicle lists, registrations and documentation
• Supplier liaison and negotiation
• Daily truck and trailer allocation
• Facility maintenance
