Job summary

K&S Corporation is seeking a Fleet Controller to coordinate and optimise daily linehaul operations between Adelaide and Melbourne. The role reports to the Operations Manager and operates on a Thursday to Monday day shift roster.

This on-site, hands-on position involves monitoring the network, managing changing priorities, and assisting with forklift operations when required to ensure smooth freight turnarounds. Applicants should have transport scheduling experience and a forklift licence.

Qualifications

• Experience in transport scheduling or fleet control.
• Strong knowledge of fatigue management and transport compliance.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily fleet scheduling across Adelaide and Melbourne.
• Manage manifests and transport movements.
• Monitor driver fatigue compliance and Safe Driver Plans.
• Schedule annual driver training and maintain records.
