Job summary

Arrow Couriers is expanding its operations team and is seeking a reliable Fleet Controller based in Clayton. You will coordinate fleet movements, support drivers, and deliver excellent customer service while working closely with the Operations Manager.

The role requires experience in transport/logistics, strong attention to detail and communication skills, and a current Australian driver’s license. Full working rights in Australia are essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive and professional attitude with excellent communication skills.
• Assist drivers and clients with operational enquiries and support.
• Dispatch and manage fleet movements efficiently.
• Route drivers to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
• Learn and operate our modern dispatch and management systems.
• Assist with warehouse and depot operations as required.
• Perform pickups and deliveries when required using a company vehicle.
• Contribute to a safe, productive, and team-oriented work environment.
