Centurion is seeking a Technical Services & Fleet Compliance Manager to lead national compliance across our transport operations. You will manage regulatory relationships, oversee PBS approvals, and drive fleet compliance while collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.

This role requires extensive leadership in transport or logistics, deep knowledge of road transport regulations, audits and accreditation processes, and the ability to mentor others and drive continuous

Qualifications

• Experience leading transport/logistics teams.
• Strong knowledge of road transport regulations and fleet compliance.
• Experience managing audits and stakeholder relationships with regulators.
• Knowledge of PBS approvals and Chain of Responsibility requirements.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead national compliance activities with NHVR and state transport authorities.
• Oversee internal compliance reviews, external audits and accreditation requirements; manage corrective actions.
• Manage PBS vehicle approvals, modifications, permits and associated compliance requirements.
• Educate and support employees and contractors on COR and PBS obligations.
• Collaborate with operations, equipment teams, manufacturers and external providers to develop compliant vehicle solutions.
• Conduct fleet and PBS compliance audits; maintain records and provide information to authorities.
• Support technical and compliance assessments during accident investigations.
• Mentor and develop direct report while fostering safety and compliance culture.
