Job summary

B.A Road Services seeks a highly experienced Safety, Compliance & Maintenance Manager to oversee regulatory and operational compliance across heavy vehicles, plant, workforce, and subcontractor competency. You will ensure audit-ready records, identify and fix gaps, and manage the maintenance program to keep equipment compliant and available.

You will own incident reporting, investigations, and corrective actions, driving safety culture improvements while operational managers retain day-to-day

Qualifications

• Experience ensuring regulatory compliance across heavy vehicles and site operations.
• Proven ability to drive safety culture and audit readiness.

Responsibilities

• Own incident reporting and close-out processes; ensure investigations are completed on time.
• Monitor maintenance programs to keep plant and fleet compliant and costed.
• Drive corrective actions and improvements to prevent regulatory or safety issues.
• Ensure compliance records are complete, audit-ready and gaps are closed.
