LSKD is seeking a Deputy Coach (Assistant Store Manager) to co-lead our flagship Pacific Fair store and serve as the VM Lead. You will own the visual story, drive campaigns, and mentor a high-performing team in an immersive retail environment.

In this role you will collaborate with the Head Coach and leadership team to execute retail strategy, hit growth goals, and elevate the customer experience across a premium, community-driven brand.

Qualificações

• Experience leading retail teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong visual merchandising knowledge and execution.
• Ability to coach and develop staff to high standards.

Responsabilidades

• Lead VM and local strategy to maintain world-class standards.
• Co-lead the flagship team and drive store growth goals.
• Coach and develop Educators, fostering an inclusive environment.
• Run daily plans, provide real-time feedback, and improve KPI results.
• Own product knowledge across fabrics, fits and styles.
