Job summary

LSKD is seeking a Deputy Coach (Assistant Store Manager) to co-lead the Pacific Fair flagship in Queensland and own the VM strategy, working with the Head Coach to deliver immersive visual experiences and community engagement. You will coach a talented team, drive weekly VM activity, and ensure high standards across operations.

The role offers a path toward store leadership or VM specialization, with a focus on living the 1% Better Every Day mindset in a fast-growing brand.

Responsibilities

• Own weekly Visual Merchandising (VM) flips and local store adjustments.
• Co-lead the flagship team and coach staff to maintain top VM standards.
• Lead the store’s visual story and campaigns to engage the community.
• Monitor KPIs (AOV, UPT, conversion) and drive improvement actions.
• Set and uphold store standards, open/close routines, and back-of-house organisation.
