Job summary

Mecca Brands is seeking a passionate MECCAVERSITY Manager for Bourke St Flagship on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will lead end-to-end delivery of events, activations and immersive experiences, partnering with MECCAVERSITY, Support Centre and flagship teams.

The role emphasizes leadership, stakeholder collaboration and delivering high-quality experiences while driving commercial outcomes across the MECCA network.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in event management, activations or experiential environments.
• Proven leadership skills with ability to inspire teams.
• Experience in event production, AV coordination and operational execution.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver world-class events, activations and immersive experiences.
• Lead and empower teams to deliver engaging educational experiences.
• Oversee end-to-end event operations including safety and logistics.
