MECCA Brands is seeking an experienced Flagship Visual Merchandise Specialist to lead VM across our Flagship network in Australia. You’ll translate creative direction into execution priorities, influence store teams and collaborate with VM, Marketing and Creative groups to deliver campaigns and immersive retail experiences.

• 7+ years’ Visual Merchandising experience in large-format retail environments.
• Experience delivering campaigns, activations, installations and experiential retail initiatives.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing across multiple teams.
• Commercial acumen with a customer-first mindset and focus on storytelling.
• Ability to operate between strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead VM excellence across our Flagship network and ensure campaigns and launches deliver compelling retail storytelling.
• Build partnerships across Flagship stores, Retail Leadership, VM, Marketing and Creative teams to drive alignment.
• Coach and build capability within Flagship VM teams without direct people leadership responsibilities.
• Drive operational excellence by standardizing VM ways of working and ensuring readiness for key campaigns.
• Utilize insights to identify opportunities that elevate engagement and category performance.
