Luv Bridal is seeking a Showroom Manager for our Flagship Store in Chadstone. You will lead a 20+ strong team, deliver memorable bridal styling experiences, and drive sales targets while maintaining a premium customer journey.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a Store Manager capacity in retail, bridal or premium/luxury.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.
• Driven to exceed expectations and passionate about creating magical, memorable experiences.
• Adaptable, reliable and efficient at using multiple systems with ease.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire your team of 20+ to deliver exceptional bridal styling appointments, creating unforgettable moments for every bride.
• Drive showroom performance by achieving sales targets and KPIs while maintaining an exceptional customer experience.
• Oversee the daily operations of the bridal showroom, ensuring it is beautifully presented and runs smoothly.
• Coach and develop your team, building confidence in styling, service, and sales performance.
• Manage appointments, stock, and gown care with precision, ensuring every detail is perfectly prepared for each bride.
• Create a warm, welcoming atmosphere where brides and their guests feel celebrated, supported, and excited throughout their journey.
