Job summary

Consolidated Pastoral Company (CPC) seeks a skilled pilot to join Madura Plains station, east of Eucla WA. You will fly a Cessna 172 on remote cattle station duties, perform stock checks, supply runs, and maintenance tasks when not flying.

Ideal candidates hold a Commercial Pilot Licence (Fixed Wing), current ASIC Card (Red) and Medical, with experience in controlled airspace. The role offers seven weeks annual leave, base accommodation, and station meals.

Qualifications

• Commercial pilot licence and flight safety are essential.
• Experience flying Cessna 172 and operating in remote environments is required.
• Current ASIC (Red) and medical certificate must be current.

Responsibilities

• Fly a Cessna 172 to perform stock spotting and conveyance on the Madura Plains station.
• Follow safe operating procedures and maintain aircraft and hangar.
• Carry out general station duties when not flying.
• Travel to local townships for supplies and parts as needed.
• Support grass-fire season monitoring across the station.
