Job summary

Destec is a diversified mining contractor in Western Australia seeking fixed plant boilermakers for a new project in the Northern Goldfields. You will focus on proactive maintenance of fixed plant crushers and contribute to upgrades and improvements to existing infrastructure.

The role offers a 2 weeks on, 1 week off roster, with salary from AUD 184,576 per annum plus superannuation and casual opportunities from AUD 79.01 per hour. Superannuation paid on all hours worked.

Qualifications

• Trade qualifications and certifications as required for fixed plant maintenance.
• Current Working at Heights and Confined Space Entry certifications.
• Experience with fixed plant crushers, screens, conveyors, pumps and chutes.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Proactive maintenance of fixed plant crushers.
• Assist with upgrades and improvements to existing infrastructure.
• Adhere to safety and regulatory requirements on mining sites.
• Interpret drawings and follow instructions.
