Ayers Rock Resort in the heart of Australia's Red Centre is seeking a energetic Fitness & Recreation Officer to lead group sessions, personal training and community activities for residents. This hands-on role combines fitness instruction, recreation planning and center administration in a welcoming setting.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or IV in Fitness.
• Current First Aid and CPR Certification.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Basic administration and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver group fitness sessions and personal training.
• Assist with planning and coordinating social sport and recreation activities.
• Welcome and support Recreation Centre members.
• Manage memberships, attendance records and reporting.
• Promote fitness classes and recreation programs.
• Maintain a safe, clean and professional facility.

We're seeking an energetic and community-minded Fitness & Recreation Officer to support our Recreation Centre and resident community. Whether you're currently working as a Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, Recreation Officer or Fitness Professional looking for a lifestyle change, we'd love to hear from you.

This is a hands-on role combining fitness instruction, recreation activities and administration. You'll help create a welcoming environment where residents can improve their health and wellbeing through fitness programs, sports activities and community engagement initiatives. You'll also assist with the day-to-day operation of the Recreation Centre and member services.

You'll bring:
