Job summary

Housed is growing quickly and seeks Sales Consultants to join teams across Macquarie Park, Hurstville, Caringbah, Chatswood, Alexandria and Sydney CBD.

We are looking for people with a passion for sales, fitness and building relationships, who want long-term careers and to grow with our brand.

As a Sales Consultant you will generate leads, book tours, promote memberships, use the CRM, and work with the club team to meet targets while delivering exceptional member service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a sales or customer-facing role.
• Current CPR and First Aid certificates are required for this role.
• Basic knowledge of gym equipment and fitness amenities is essential.
• A genuine passion for fitness and helping individuals from diverse backgrounds kickstart their fitness journey.
• Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a strong willingness to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Proactively generating and nurturing leads through a range of different channels.
• Booking appointments, coordinating gym tours, and communicating membership promotions and pricing options to potential members.
• Accurately recording and processing information on our CRM regarding sales and members.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential and existing members while providing exceptional customer service.
• Responding promptly to member inquiries via email, SMS and in-club.
• Identifying opportunities to improve the member experience and contribute to overall sales performance.
• Working collaboratively with the wider club team to achieve individual and team targets.
