Anaconda is seeking a Fishing Sales Assistant to become the go‑to expert for all things fishing. You will help customers choose rods, reels, lures and gear while sharing tips on local spots and techniques.

Qualifications

• Passion for fishing (freshwater, saltwater or sport fishing) is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication skills in a friendly, engaging manner.
• Willingness to learn and share knowledge with customers and team.
• Ability to work in a team and contribute to a positive store environment.
• Previous experience in stock, customer service and sales in a fast-paced environment.
• Business acumen: understanding the local consumer market, products, and growth.
