Buslines Group invites applications for 1st Year Heavy Vehicle (Diesel) Mechanic Apprenticeships at our Cessnock Depot in NSW. You will learn to service and maintain our bus fleet under supervision, gaining hands-on skills and a recognised qualification.

You'll work with experienced tradespeople, access modern tools and diagnostic systems, and receive ongoing training and mentoring to support your career in heavy vehicle maintenance.

Qualifications

• Interest in heavy vehicles or mechanical work.
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
• Reliable and capable of teamwork.
• Basic technical aptitude.
• Pre-apprenticeship or relevant experience is beneficial but not essential.

Responsabilités

• Assist with servicing and maintenance of the fleet.
• Learn and apply safe maintenance practices.
• Work alongside experienced tradespeople to gain skills.
• Use tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Participate in on-the-job training and formal studies.
