Job summary

EnergyCo seeks a Manager, First Nations Project Engagement to lead Aboriginal engagement across major renewable energy and infrastructure projects in NSW. You will build strong relationships with Aboriginal communities and ensure their perspectives shape planning and delivery.

The role is Aboriginal-identified, temporary full-time (35 hours/week) with hybrid work from Mudgee or Dubbo. Close date 20 Sep 2026. Salary range AUD 154,231–178,369 plus super and leave loading.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Experience engaging with Aboriginal communities and stakeholders.
• Strong communication and policy advisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Aboriginal engagement across major renewable energy and infrastructure projects.
• Build trusted relationships with Aboriginal communities and Elders.
• Support partners to meet First Nations engagement commitments and cultural heritage requirements.
