Job summary

Onpoint 365 is seeking an experienced Business Services Manager to lead a high-performing team delivering tailored business support, coaching, mentoring, and capability-building services to First Nations entrepreneurs and business owners in Liverpool, Sydney.

You will guide a team of Business Coaches, coaching and mentoring to strengthen capability and long-term sustainability while building strong government, corporate, community, and industry relationships.

• Support First Nations businesses to strengthen their capability, capacity, and long-term sustainability.
• Identify emerging opportunities, trends, and policy developments impacting the First Nations business sector.
• Contribute to strategic planning and service design to ensure programs meet community and business needs.
• Work collaboratively with stakeholders to create pathways that support business success and economic participation.
• Monitor performance, manage reporting requirements, and drive outcomes against organisational objectives and KPIs.
• Champion culturally appropriate practices and contribute to a positive, purpose-driven workplace culture.
