Job summary

Maxima Group Training is offering a First Nations Banking Traineeship in Smithfield, QLD. The role is a full-time branch-based trainee position where you will learn by doing, supported by Maxima consultants and mentors. Certificates are provided free of charge as part of the traineeship, with no study debt.

You will complete Certificate III in Business or Certificate III in Financial Services, while earning a salary and gaining practical banking experience across tellering to concierge tasks.

Qualifications

• Identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander.
• Able to provide 100 points of identification to complete a background check.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and offer exceptional service.
• Assist with bank transactions, cash handling and savings needs.
